What is a good win rate in Pro Clubs?

Every win is somebody else’s defeat, which fixes roughly where this number can sit before anybody kicks a ball. Here is the measured spread, and what it can and cannot tell you.

72.7%
Median win rate

Wins as a share of the matches that came back with a result. Half the archived players sit below this and half above.

Where the ceiling comes from

Every win in Pro Clubs is somebody else’s defeat. Across a whole population that pins the average near half before anybody picks a formation, which is why a win rate is a much worse measure of ability than it feels like — you can only climb by taking the number off someone else, and there are only so many of them.

The measured median is 72.7% and 100.0% is the top tenth. This archive is not the closed population that argument describes, though, so do not expect the median to land exactly on half: it holds the clubs somebody looked up, and only the matches that came back carrying a result.

Built from 415 archived players with at least one resolved match. Rebuilt daily.

Only resolved matches are in the division. Some stored rows arrive with no result on them at all, and counting those as defeats would punish a player for a gap in the archive rather than for anything that happened in the game.

Split by position

One result goes onto eleven records at once, so this is the axis where the position split should be flattest. Any gap that does show up is a fact about who plays where, not about which shirt wins matches.

It cannot tell you your division

EA sends no division on the match rows that get stored here. Its own leaderboard is a separate thing on a separate endpoint, and nothing in this archive maps a win rate onto a place in it. So a guide claiming that a given percentage puts you in Elite is guessing, and guessing at something the game already tells you for free on its own screen.

Strength of opponent is missing for the same reason. Two clubs on identical records can be a long way apart, because who they beat is nowhere in the number.

This one is rented, not owned

Your win rate moves when your team-mates play well and stands still on the nights you carry them. That is not a flaw in the measurement; it is what a team result is. Read it as a description of the company you keep, and if you want a number that is yours, take any of the per-90 rates instead.

The practical version: judge a club by its record, and judge yourself by what you did inside it. Somebody with a losing record and a high contribution rate is usually the reason the losses were close.

Questions people ask

What is a good win rate in Pro Clubs?
Half the archived players win 72.7% of their resolved matches or fewer, and 100.0% is the top tenth. Only matches that came back with a result are in the division — a stored match carrying none sits out rather than counting as a loss.
Does your win rate tell you what division you are in?
No, and nothing here can. This archive holds matches, not league tables: EA runs its own leaderboard and sends no division on the rows that get stored. Two clubs on the same win rate can sit a long way apart, because who you beat is not in the figure either.
Is a win rate a fact about you or about your club?
Mostly about the club. One result goes onto eleven records at once, so your figure moves when your team-mates play well and stands still when you do. It is worth reading as the company you keep. The rate per 90 minutes on every other axis is yours; this one is rented.

Measured from 111,194 players and 46,975 matches, kept since 17 September 2026. EA returns the last ten. Look up your own club and see where you land.
