Every one of them comes out of the defender group. Full back is the only outfield slot where EA offers no attacking build at all.
One group, and two jobs
The position asks for a defender who spends half the match in the opposition half. EA answers with four builds from a single group, and the PlayStyles it pairs them with are where the difference actually sits. Intercept and Anticipate are reading the game. Rapid and Trickster are getting past somebody.

Both halves of the job leave a trace. Crosses say how often you got up there. Tackles say what happened when you had to come back.

Every match the build played, wherever it played. Engine and Marauder both list five or more positions, so their rows carry plenty of minutes spent further forward than full back.
The rating will not reward you for this position
EA pays match rating for goals, shots, dribbles and passes completed. A full back who spends ninety minutes making sure nothing happens down their side has done the job and will finish the night on a six point something. That is the scoring, and no build fixes it. What to pick
Take Rapid or Trickster if your winger comes inside and leaves the touchline empty. Take one of the reading builds if you are the side that keeps getting run at, and accept the crossing numbers above will be the lower ones. Either way, look at the person in front of you first.
